Our Mission
Minnesota School of Music, LLC offers personalized music lessons for kids and teens in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
Are we the right music school for you?
At Minnesota School of Music, we recognize the important role parents play in their child’s musical development. That’s why, unlike many of our competitors, we invite parents to sit in on their child’s weekly music lesson. During each lesson, our instructors give parents the knowledge and skills to help their child succeed during at-home practice. Not only do students appreciate parental support during the lessons, MnSOM parents gain the satisfaction knowing they helped their child achieve weekly goals during at-home practice. What can feel better than participating in your child’s musical success?
Are you not able to sit in on your child’s lesson? Want to run a few errands instead? Maybe your teen needs a little space? No problem. Our friendly instructors make sure you are up to speed by saving a few minutes at the end of the lesson to communicate important details. So, feel free to grab some groceries , fill your tank, or give your child some freedom, and we’ll get you plugged in when you get back.
Do you have multiple children? Are you worried about having to find a babysitter during your child’s lesson? Don’t fret, we’ve got you covered! Our spacious, family-friendly facility offers something for everyone—TV’s, cartoons, coloring sheets, wi-fi, you name it, we’ve got it! So, bring the siblings along and we’ll help entertain them!
Lastly, as a national award-winning music school, our professional customer service staff is here to support your family along your child’s musical journey! We’ll greet you by name. We’ll remember your child’s birthday. And, we’ll make sure our lessons start and end on time so you can make it home for dinner!
